Usually, yes. We perform bone grafting, and in complex cases we use specialised implant techniques. A great many situations turned down elsewhere can be treated — send us your CBCT scan for a second opinion and we will tell you honestly what is possible.
For a full-arch rehabilitation, usually two. The first trip covers surgery and the fixed temporary bridge, so you fly home with teeth. The second, after healing, is for the definitive work. We plan the dates around your travel, not the other way round.
Yes, and you should. Send photographs and a recent CBCT scan or panoramic x-ray on WhatsApp or by e-mail, and Dr. Man will review them and tell you what is realistic and roughly what it will cost, before you commit to travelling.
You leave with your treatment documented in writing, and Dr. Man stays reachable directly on WhatsApp. Most post-operative questions are settled in a message. If something needs hands-on work, we will tell you plainly whether it can wait for your next trip or whether a local dentist should see you.
