My name is Paul Man and I am a specialist in oral and maxillofacial surgery. I read medicine and completed my residency in Cluj-Napoca.
During my training I took placements in Taiwan and Germany, where I went deeper into advanced bone reconstruction, facial aesthetics and the range of surgical procedures in the oral and maxillofacial field.
After qualifying as a specialist I carried on training and keeping up with a field that never stops moving. Each year I spend time in clinics in South Korea and Taiwan.
Attending international conferences and workshops regularly is part of the same discipline: it is how the newest principles and techniques reach the patients sitting in my chair.

Continuing education, in clinics abroad
Oral and maxillofacial surgery is not something you learn once. Every year Dr. Paul Man spends several weeks in clinics outside Romania — on fellowship, as a guest doctor, or on hands-on courses — alongside teams operating complex cases daily. About us
This clinic opened in 2024, out of a wish to offer treatment to a high standard in a warm, growing community, at prices people can actually meet. Being close to Cluj-Napoca makes dentistry, oral surgery and facial aesthetics easy to reach — for patients nearby, and increasingly for patients arriving from abroad.
Implant Estet is a relatively new dental and facial aesthetics clinic, but the team is made up of clinicians with long experience across several specialities. A shared view of what treatment should be — planned for the individual rather than off a template — is what brought this centre in Gilău, just outside Cluj-Napoca, into existence.
We cover the full range of dental treatment, from professional hygiene through to complex oral rehabilitation, including fixed teeth in 24 hours with the All-on-4 and All-on-6 techniques. We provide veneers, orthodontic treatment for children and adults, and facial aesthetic procedures, all to current medical protocols.
For patients travelling to us, treatment is planned around the fewest possible trips, and the imaging review happens before you book a flight rather than after you land.
