Porcelain veneers are very thin ceramic shells bonded to the front surface of the teeth. They are used to improve how a smile looks, by correcting the colour, the shape and the small imperfections of the teeth. It is a modern aesthetic solution with a natural appearance, good durability, and a price that makes sense set against how long it lasts.

Fitting veneers involves minimal preparation of the tooth. The procedure is controlled, and the aim throughout is to keep as much healthy tooth structure as possible.
Usually between ten and fifteen years, and often longer, if they are looked after and you keep to your check-ups.
Porcelain veneers start from 1,600 RON per tooth. The price varies with the number of teeth treated and the complexity of the case; the exact figure is set after your consultation and given to you in writing.
The procedure is generally well tolerated. Any discomfort is minor and temporary.
It varies from patient to patient. Sometimes two to four are enough; in other cases treating the whole front section gives a more even result.
In some situations they can visually correct slightly misaligned teeth, but they are not a substitute for orthodontics where there is a significant alignment problem. We will tell you which case you are.
Typically two trips of a few days each: one for the design, preparation and temporaries, and one to fit the definitive veneers after the laboratory work. We plan the dates around your travel.
