iPRF (Injectable Platelet Rich Fibrin) starts with a small blood draw — about 40 to 80 ml — processed by controlled centrifugation. What separates out is a fraction rich in fibrin, platelets, growth factors and CD34+ stem cells, all central to tissue regeneration. The technique, developed by Dr. Joseph Choukroun, releases those growth factors progressively, which is what makes the effect steady and durable.
iPRF with Exceed medical microneedling
For a stronger result, iPRF can be combined with Exceed medical microneedling, which creates microchannels in the skin and amplifies the biostimulation and cellular regeneration.

iPRF is the newer generation: the growth factors are released slowly rather than all at once, which gives it greater regenerative potential than PRP.
It is well tolerated. The blood draw is small, and the injection is done with very fine needles or atraumatic cannulas.
